Heather Friant

Heather Friant has been on the Haitian Roots board since 2018. One of Heather's six sons was adopted from Haiti, motivating her love for Haitians. She desires a good education for her kids and the children of Haiti.

Friant lives in Monroe, Utah, where she has homeschooled her six sons for more than 12 years. She also works part-time providing home studies for adoptions.

Heather graduated from Utah State University with a degree in social work. She believes education is the greatest gift she can receive or give to others, which drives her passion for learning and teaching her children. Living in the farm area of Monroe, Heather and her family have a dog, cat, chickens and cows.
